Teresa is one of Richmond's best realtors turned family friend. She assisted my parents in buying and selling their homes several years ago, and I had the pleasure of working with her to find my very first home! She was patient and not only led me throughout the home buying process, but made sure I understood all the crazy forms and jargon I was encountering. I would hands down work with Teresa again in a heartbeat! Teresa is not only a native Richmonder and can provide insight to neighborhoods within the area, but, she is also professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She is very helpful to each party involved in the home buying/selling process. 11/10 would recommend!!
